I am sure there are many other mod manager programs that other player may be using for SSE. Wrye Bash is setup to work with both versions of Skyrim and it has guides and videos on how to use the program on the internet. You can also try the modding site it has information on Oblivion, Skyrim, and Skyrim Special Edition. I believe they all work the same, each version just specifically setup for the different versions of the Elder Scroll games. Try looking up the information for the original Skyrim program TES5Edit and Oblivion program TES4Edit.
